Day #6
I had lots of fun yesterday! In the morning Hunter, Dad, and I woke up at 7:00 and headed to the canyon to take some pictures! After we got out of the canyon we kept going till we got to Naturita and got gas, drinks, and some ice. Next we went back through the canyon. All I can think to say is: Beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. When we got home we had breakfast and then we uploaded the pics. I read my book for a while. Then Duncan and I watched some tv on Dad's computer. Dad was asleep so I lay down with him and fell asleep too. When I woke up Dad made me a sandwich. So I ate lunch then Dad, Aaron, and I went on a drive. We went down this street and there is no words to explain how amazing it was down in that canyon. there was an , mines, hunting cabins, a place that looked like castle ruins, a rickety bridge that led to a big mine. There was just so much! We left the house at about 4:45 and we didn't get back till 7:30 it was that amazing! We had home made pizza for dinner. Yum yum! I got out the movie August Rush and we watched that. I've seen it a million times but it always makes me want to cry. Love that movie!!

Day #5
I think that yesterday was the most fun I've had this while trip! The beginning was kind of boring cause we drove around looking for a place to set up camp for forever! Of course it took two and a half hours to find, but it was worth it! There was a hill that had tons and tons of rocks so after the boys and I were done eating we went exploring. Pretty soon Dad, Aaron, and Carla went for a drive and left Bana with us. It took them about two and a half hours to go and come back in which time the boys and I created our own world. We named everything. Rocks, land, caves, passages. Everything. In my diary I drew a pretty crappy map of it but you never know maybe it makes sense. When the others got back we loaded up and went home. We explained to Dad what we were doing and he said that we'd made our own Terabithia like in the book. And it's totally true we did exactly that! We had hamburgers for dinner (well I did). then we just kind of sat around after that. Watched a movie instead of playing a game but it wasn't a very good movie so I'm not going to say anything about it.

Day #4
First I have to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY SADIE!!!
Today is Sadie's 12th birthday and I really wish I could spend it with her, but I'll just have to do stuff with her when I get back. I read my book for a while after breakfast and then we all got ready to leave. We went on a hunt to find the pictographs. When we found a couple we took some pictures and then just kept on looking. We soon found lots more! We took tons of pictures! All of us sat down in the shade. Dad, Bana, and I stayed down in the shade while everyone else (dogs included) went up the hill of rocks. When they got a little over half way Duncan and Carla stopped with the dogs and Hunter and Aaron kept going until they got all the way to the freaking top! When they finally got back down we sat down and had lunch. After everyone was done eating the boys and I went with Carla out into a field over by where we had set up camp and then we started flying kites!! It was lots of fun! I stayed out for a while, but then I got tired so I sat down and read my book. At 5:00 we packed up and drove to Naturita to get gas and some snacks. Then we drove down to this road right by the Deloris and San Miguel rivers. It was so pretty! I wish that our camera hadn't run out of battery! We got home soon after that and the adults started cooking dinner while I went and took a shower. Once again the shower was amazing! Next we ate and then Hunter went to bed while the rest of us stayed up and played "Scattergories" it was lots of fun even though I couldn't ever think of things! Oh well.

Day #3
We didn't do much yesterday. Just really sat around for a while and then Aaron and Dad went on a very loooooooong drive. I'm not really sure where they went, but it took about five hours to do it. While they were gone I sat and watched the first "Lord of The Rings" with Duncan. And then I got out my homework and my MP3 Player. I did one page of math which I think is pretty good...though I really did want to do some math everyday, but obviously that hasn't happened and I don't think that it will. I got out a blank card Bana gave me and sat down to write Mom a letter. Next I went outside and read my book "Leven Thumps and the Gateway to Foo". So far its slightly confusing, but I know I'll get it pretty soon, I hope. I also got some mosquito bites while I was out there. I hate mosquito bites! After a bit of reading I went inside and watched the third "Lord of the Rings" with Duncan (can you tell he likes them?) of course when we finally got to the really good part Dad and Aaron came home and since the boys and I were making spaghetti, alfredo, and bread sticks. I got to see little parts of it, but that's really all. Oh well. Anyway, After dinner I took some pictures of Aaron, Hunter, and Duncan playing horse shoes. I only got pictures of Hunter's and they aren't the best, but I did get some. I went inside after that and got on the computer and talked with Mom while I wrote on here. Monopoly: World Edition which uses credit cards instead of the little fake money. And guess what!?! I've moved up one in the rankings every night so...that's right! Carla and I won!! Aaron and Duncan came in second and poor Dad and Hunter were last...again. Dad has been last every night so far. More coming soon!!

Day #2
Yesterday was so much fun! After breakfast the boys got out the camera and took pictures of the helicopter while I flew it around the yard. We got a couple good ones, but it was really hard. Soon we got tired of that so we just sat down and relaxed for a while. Bana and I were drawing with the drawing stuff she brought. Duncan and Dad watched Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers. And I'm not really sure what the others did, Hunter kind of disappeared so...
When I couldn't think of anything else to draw I got up and played this game that we recently learned how to play, Kabood'l. I played with Duncan and Dad, but then when I won they got out Uno and played that instead so of course we played four games and I came in last every time! Dad and i then tried to download Windows Live so that I could talk to Mom, but the download didn't work so we just uploaded the pictures the boys and I'd taken that morning and then went through them to see if we really wanted to keep all of them. Afterward the boys and I went and played hide and go seek outside. It was pretty hard cause there is so much yard and so many places to hide!! It was then time to get ready to go! The adults all started make the lunches with the boys and I occasionally getting a snack and putting it in the bags every now and then. When everyone was ready we got in the car and went on a long drive up to the "Buckeye Reservoir". When we got up there we played around the water a while and then we all got hungry so we went and ate. We had sandwiches, so yummy!! We played with the dogs for a while and then all of us piled back in the car. On the way back to the house we found a place to stop and took some pictures of the valley. After some time we figured out how to get back to the house. When we finally got home I took a shower and man did that feel so good!! When I got out we sat down for dinner. It was lobster, shrimp, and hot dogs for the kids. The boys and I didn't have any lobster, but I had some shrimp and a hot dog. The shrimp was oh so yummy!!! After we cleaned up dinner we sat down and played Worst Case Scenario. I don't think I've ever laughed so much in my life other than when I've been with my friends. It was tons of fun. Carla and I were a team, Dad, Hunter, and Bana were a team, and Duncan was with Aaron! Today is Taylor's b-day so I just have to say

I really like this picture even though I'd only been awake for five minutes when I took it.

Day #1
I was way busy last week so I never got a chance to get on and say that I was going on vacation, but its OK I'll just say it now and tell you that right now I am in Paradox Colorado. Dad, Hunter, Duncan, Bana, Aunt Carla, Uncle Aaron and I all are. We are spending the week down here and at first we didn't think that we had internet but when we got here it ended up that we do so I'm going to write on here as much as possible! Now I'm just going to write about yesterday from what I put in my diary so here goes!
"I'm on my trip with Dad, Hunter, Duncan, Bana, Carla, and Aaron. When got here this afternoon we brought all our stuff in and then sat around for a little. After a while Aaron, Hunter, and Duncan went on a hike and Dad, Bana, Carla, and I stayed at the cabin we're at. And while they were gone I got out Dad's camera and learned how to use it. In the time they were gone I took over 120 pictures of just the yard! When they got back the boys and I took even more pictures! We had dinner after that. It was soooo good! Yummy yummy tacos! When everyone was done with eating and we were done cleaning we went into the backyard and played with the nerf ball for awhile and then all sat down and played Scrabble! Dad and I were on a team our name was "Daddy Daughter". Carla and Duncan's team name was "The Lulus". And Hunter and Aaron were "The Sombreros"."
In the end Carla and Duncan won but it was still a really fun game!! Since its Mother's Day and we aren't with Mom the boys and I made her a video for her present. On Thursday night we went through ALL of Bana's pictures from when the boys and I were younger and we took the ones we liked and in the morning I scanned them all on to the computer with Nama's scanner. Right when I got on the computer to start the video Mom woke up. Just my luck. Hunter and I sent her upstairs and for an hour and a half Duncan sat up there with her and did some Grammar and watched her sort the mound of laundry, in the kitchen. Hunter and I spent that whole time fixing pictures putting them to the video and making the pictures match up with the song. In the end I think that it turned out very good. We emailed it to Mom and had her look at it. When we got it working she sat through the whole thing and cried. If you want to watch the video go here to my Mom's blog and watch and see what she says. I'll write about today later maybe tomorrow. I'll write in my diary so that I don't forget anything I promise! I may even upload some of the millions of pictures! :D

State Weekend
3/29
Sorry I didn’t write Friday night or Saturday night! I just got so busy!! I might not be able to remember everything, but I’ll try the best I can to let you know what I did.
3/27
After I wrote on Friday I ate my food and then Lena called and said that she and Khyla would come and pick me and Mom up and take us to the Level 9 meet!! The girls did awesome!! Floor was first. Kendall did fall, but she still got a 8.45!! Taylor did amazing as usual! She got a 9.075!!! Go Taylor!! Their Vaults were also very good!! I’m so proud of them!! On Bars Taylor did awesome, but Kendall had a hard time because for some really weird reason – this never happens to her – she fell on her free hip and her dismount. Oh, Kendall! I think you need a hug!! After we talked to her for a while she stopped crying and we could sit there and have fun. Kendall stuck her Beam again!!! Taylor had a one fall, but she still got an 8.35!! I sat with them for awards and they all got awesome places! Kendall got 9th in the All Around and Taylor got 5th! We had to leave before they did Team Awards, but I think that they got 2nd place. We went to the store on the way back to the house and Mom got some food to make Chicken Spaghetti for lunch on Saturday. When we got back to the house I got in my PJs and went to bed….

When I woke up Saturday Mom told me that I had a half hour to get ready and then we had to leave for Duncan’s clogging competition. I did it though it was a little hard to eat and get everything ready in time, but I managed. When we got to the competition Duncan went and found his class and sat with them. While we were waiting Mom and I sat and watched the dances. After a little bit we went and found the clothes stands and stuff like that and we ended up getting me two shirts and we found this shirt that had ‘CLOG’ in bubble letters and in the ‘C’ it said ‘clog’ in lots of different styles, but the size that we found wouldn’t fit Duncan so we just kept looking and then I found one!! So now Duncan has that shirt and he’s been wearing it all weekend. Duncan and Alyssa did great!!! They were a little off of the music, but they still ended up getting a 1st place. They were both awesome in free style too! Duncan got 1st and I think Alyssa did too! When we were waiting for the scores to be posted Mom sat me down and did my hair. She had to redo it a lot because it felt to loose or she didn’t like how it looked or something and then when we got back to the house all of the elastics were popping so she had to do it yet again! After that I sat and read my book and then we had lunch and I read for a little after that, but then I got tired so I had a nap.
When I woke up from my nap I got ready for my meet and then pretty soon we were off!! We got to it early so I sat around for a little while and then it was time to start. After open stretch we did walk in and they gave each team a car that said the name of the gym on it and we all decided that we wanted to take it to the gym and hang it up!! Floor was first just like the Level 9s. I was 3rd so I had to warm up pretty fast. I felt like it was a pretty good routine and Ilia said he was happy with it so that was good. I wasn’t thinking I’d get any awesome score, but guess what!?!…9.2!!! Oh, yeah!!! Sadie did an awesome routine as well!! I stuck both of my Vaults, but Ilia said that I would have gotten a lot higher score if I had kept my legs tight in my round off, but I still got an 8.75 so YAY!! On Bars Sadie had a bad fall on her free hip and her dismount, but instead of just a normal fall it was where on her free hip she slipped as she was coming up and she did a flip onto her back and on her giant-giant-layout she did the first giant and when she was coming down to do the second one she pealed off the bar and did a very scary dismount to her back again. I didn’t know what to do to help her and she wouldn’t really talk when you tried to talk to her. ~sigh~ I did my Bar routine and apparently it was good cause I got a 8.7 so that’s good. On Beam I went crooked on my series in warm up and then when I went for it in my routine it was straight, but not all the way straight so even though I tried really hard to stick it I still fell. I stuck the rest of it though!! I thought that it was a good routine other than my fall, but I guess not cause I got a 7.95. Sadie on the other hand though didn’t even want to compete Beam after what happened on Bars and it ended up that she did the most amazing routine and got a 9.1!! I’m hoping that will give Sadie back some confidence she was losing on Beam.
When we were all done we sat down on the Floor and waited for awards to start. While we waited me and my friend Stephanie from GTC kept on switching where we would sit one minute I’d sit with the GTC girls and then the next she would sit with me and my friends. I did pretty good in the awards I mean its not like I’m doing this just for the awards, but sometimes it’s fun to be able to say that you won. Anyway I tied for 4th place on Vault, 6th on Bars, 10th on Beam, and…….1st on FLOOR!!!! YAY!!! I’m still overly happy about getting 1st on Floor. I’m not sure when I’ll get over that maybe never. I didn’t think that I had qualified for Regionals, but I did. Micaela, Paige, Abby, Hope, Hannah, and Kim also qualified. Hannah and Kim qualified for the Regional Team. I’m not really sure what that means, but it’s still cool!!!
When the awards were over I talked with Steph and she invited me to go swimming with her and her friends from GTC. I wanted to go, but Khyla had also invited me to go swimming with her and I didn’t want to leave Khy out so I invited her to come with Steph and me. Khyla ended up not going swimming at all because she had forgotten her goggles and didn’t want swim without them. I went swimming with Steph while my friends in my class all had a party together, without inviting me of course. I’m slightly bugged by that, but oh well. I had lots of fun with Steph, Madi, Frannie, Lauren, and some of the girls from Air Bound so whatever. When I got back to the house it was late so I went straight to bed.

When I woke up this morning I had to race to get all of my stuff packed so that we would leave at 11:00. I felt like I was a little rushed, but it ended up OK cause I got everything packed. When we stopped for gas on our way out of town I got a drink and a snack, which ended up lasting me the whole ride home!! I read my book at first, but then Mom wanted us to watch a movie called “Fist Full of Dollars” it was actually pretty good. It wasn’t the best and not very much happened, but it was good. When the movie was over the boys wanted to watch “Iron Man” and I didn’t really feel like watching another movie so I read my book for the rest of the ride and it went by really fast!!! When we got home I sat down and read more of my book, but then Mom made me go and unpack. When I was done I went and read my book some more. And now I’m almost done with it!!!

I stuck both of my Vaults, but Ilia said that I would have gotten a lot higher score if I had kept my legs tight in my round off, but I still got an 8.75 so YAY!! On Bars Sadie had a bad fall on her free hip and her dismount, but instead of just a normal fall it was where on her free hip she slipped as she was coming up and she did a flip onto her back and on her giant-giant-layout she did the first giant and when she was coming down to do the second one she pealed off the bar and did a very scary dismount to her back again. I didn’t know what to do to help her and she wouldn’t really talk when you tried to talk to her. ~sigh~ I did my Bar routine and apparently it was good cause I got a 8.7 so that’s good. On Beam I went crooked on my series in warm up and then when I went for it in my routine it was straight, but not all the way straight so even though I tried really hard to stick it I still fell. I stuck the rest of it though!! I thought that it was a good routine other than my fall, but I guess not cause I got a 7.95. Sadie on the other hand though didn’t even want to compete Beam after what happened on Bars and it ended up that she did the most amazing routine and got a 9.1!! I’m hoping that will give Sadie back some confidence she was losing on Beam.
When we were all done we sat down on the Floor and waited for awards to start. While we waited me and my friend Stephanie from GTC kept on switching where we would sit one minute I’d sit with the GTC girls and then the next she would sit with me and my friends. I did pretty good in the awards I mean its not like I’m doing this just for the awards, but sometimes it’s fun to be able to say that you won. Anyway I tied for 4th place on Vault, 6th on Bars, 10th on Beam, and…….1st on FLOOR!!!! YAY!!! I’m still overly happy about getting 1st on Floor. I’m not sure when I’ll get over that maybe never. I didn’t think that I had qualified for Regionals, but I did. Micaela, Paige, Abby, Hope, Hannah, and Kim also qualified. Hannah and Kim qualified for the Regional Team. I’m not really sure what that means, but it’s still cool!!!
When the awards were over I talked with Steph and she invited me to go swimming with her and her friends from GTC. I wanted to go, but Khyla had also invited me to go swimming with her and I didn’t want to leave Khy out so I invited her to come with Steph and me. Khyla ended up not going swimming at all because she had forgotten her goggles and didn’t want swim without them. I went swimming with Steph while my friends in my class all had a party together, without inviting me of course. I’m slightly bugged by that, but oh well. I had lots of fun with Steph, Madi, Frannie, Lauren, and some of the girls from Air Bound so whatever. When I got back to the house it was late so I went straight to bed.

When I woke up this morning I had to race to get all of my stuff packed so that we would leave at 11:00. I felt like I was a little rushed, but it ended up OK cause I got everything packed. When we stopped for gas on our way out of town I got a drink and a snack, which ended up lasting me the whole ride home!! I read my book at first, but then Mom wanted us to watch a movie called “Fist Full of Dollars” it was actually pretty good. It wasn’t the best and not very much happened, but it was good. When the movie was over the boys wanted to watch “Iron Man” and I didn’t really feel like watching another movie so I read my book for the rest of the ride and it went by really fast!!! When we got home I sat down and read more of my book, but then Mom made me go and unpack. When I was done I went and read my book some more. And now I’m almost done with it!!!
Ready for State Meet!!!

I wrote these posts while I was in St. George, but I couldn’t upload them because we didn’t have internet access.
We’re in St. George!! We left yesterday at about 1:30 and got here at about 6:00ish. After we were sitting around for a while we went to go and get some food. We found a place that looked good, but the wait was about a half hour so we decided to go somewhere else. We ended up going to “Ruby Tuesday”. It was really really good! We had lots of laughs. When we got back to the house that we rented we all sat down and watched “Ferris Buhler’s Day Off”. It was soooooooo funny!! Bwahahaha! ~sigh~ After that I got ready to go to bed. I slept really well. The bed was so comfy and I didn’t wake up in the middle of the night at all! Normally when I’m not in my own bed I wake up a lot, but I didn’t!! When I woke up I ate some breakfast and then took a shower. It felt so good to get clean. When I got out Mom, Hunter, Duncan, and I all sat down and played “Uno”. I of course never got 1st place, but I did get 2nd a couple times though!! YAY!! Hunter, Duncan, and I were playing with Duncan’s remote control helicopter when Mom said that we all had to do our homework. I finished everything pretty fast, well other than Russian, which I spent a while on because Dad was helping me. After that the boys finished there homework while I read my book. Oh I forgot to mention that I finished “Eldest” on Wednesday and now I’m reading “Fablehaven: Secrets of the Dragon Sanctuary”. I LOVE THE FABLE HAVEN BOOKS! I loved them before, but I love them even more now and I’m not even half way done with this book!!!! Daddy and Duncan went to get Pizza while I was reading, but after a little while I got up and went out side. I climbed the rock fountain since it’s not running because it’s too cold. Even though it’s like 60 degrees. Oh well. When I went inside Mom had me type up my Writing story for homework and now that Dad and Duncan are back I’m going to finish eating. I’ll write more later!!!!

The Weekend
I don't really feel like putting what I did on Friday at gym, but I'll put everything after that.
After Mommy took me home from gym on Friday she put my hair up and then Daddy came and picked me and the boys up and we went up to the Utah vs. Florida meet. It was Senior night at the U. It was Kristina Baskett and Nina Kim's last time competing in the Huntsman Center. They did AMAZING!!! I'm really going to miss watching those two at the meets. ~sigh~ After the meet we started the drive up to Logan and at about 9:45 I lay my seat back and tried to sleep. I didn't expect to fall asleep, but apparently I did and I fell asleep and woke up when the same song was on so I didn't even think I had and then I looked at the clock and it said that it was an hour later than I thought it was. Oh well. When we got to our hotel I got in my PJs and went to bed. Sleep felt so good.
When I woke up in the morning I looked at my watch and it said 7:57 which meant that my meet started in three minutes. I got dressed as fast as possible and Daddy drove me up to the meet. He dropped me off and then went back to get the boys and check out of the hotel. I ran inside and started open stretch with my friends. I was really tired. But I woke up before we had to do anything dangerous so that's good. Floor was our first event and I did a good routine, but I fell on my front tuck front tuck. That's OK though I don't really mind. My score was the same as San Jose, 8.2. I watched Sadie and then I had to run to the bathroom. Natasha's girls went first on Vault so me and Sadie sat down and rapped ourselves in Micaela's blanket cause it was cooooold! When it was finally our turn we warmed up pretty fast and then competed. I wanted to go first, but Ilia said that he wanted Sadie to because apparently my Vaults are better than hers. Whatever. Sadie stuck them which she has been having a hard time with and guess what!?! She got a 9.125!! Go Sadie!! I stuck both of mine as well and was given a 9.225! Bars was the same as usual. Pretty bad, but I'm working on it so don't worry soon I won't be getting these scores. I got a 7.75. On Beam I felt ready for my routine I had done a good warm up and I wasn't worried at all. I fell on my series because even though I was totally straight and everyone thought I was going to stick it my hand slipped and I could have saved it, but my ankle kind of gave out on me. Ah the full turn well lets see I'm not really sure what happened there, but I fell on that and I'm thinking that I didn't turn all of the way so ya. I got a 7.8. ~shrug~ We went to awards after we were all done and guess what I only got one medal, but it was a good one. 1st on Vault!! Oh ya baby!! We got 1st place in the team awards so that was also very exciting!!
I stayed and watched the Level 9s and then Mommy took me back to Daddy's house. Kendall did absolutely amazing! She got two 9s and her all around was a 35.05! Go Kendall!!! Taylor did just as good as she always does so YAY! Her all around was 35.2. Kendall got 4th on Beam!!! OK I guess that I'll stop talking about what my friends did and move on.
When I got to Daddy's house we sat around for a little while and then we all went to the store to get to some stuff for dinner and breakfast for in the morning. When we got back from the store Daddy made us some sandwiches and then we sat down and watch Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Oh I love that movie! After that I went to bed.

OK OK!
OK so I can't get my camera to upload the pictures I took and I haven't had a chance to have my mom try to figure it out so since I know you are probably dying I will give you the scores, but I'm going to put what we did over the weekend cause the more I think about the more I realize that we didn't do anything so if you want to know what we sort of did then go here to see what my mom wrote about what we did!
After standing around forever because the girl in front of me couldn't get her music to start and the judges finally decided that they wanted to watch me I did my Floor routine and got a 8.2. On Vault I fell back on my first one because Ilia said that if I started to go backwards to take steps...so I did it just that I kept going so the five eight inchers that were stacked up a little ways back from the Vault stopped, but then I had to concentrate so that I would stop laughing. I stuck my second one and got an 8.9 and Ilia said that it was one of the best Vaults hes ever seen me do! YAY! On Bars it wasn't my best routine so I only got a 7.45, but oh well! Then after we sat around for an hour (no joke, it was an hour)we warmed up Beam and I got a 8.05.
So Floor: 8.2. Vault: 8.9 Bars: 7.45. Beam: 8.05. I got 9th place on Floor. 4th on Vault!!! YAY!!! 11th on Bars (out of twelve girls.) 8th on Beam. Then 8th on All Around.

TEXAS!!!
I'm going to separate the Texas trip so that it makes more sense!!
Oh and if you don't have a lot of time you might want to read this later! Hehe.
Saturday
While we (meaning Khyla, Kim, Mommy, Lena, Colleen, and me) were waiting to board our flight to Denver me, Khy, and Kim played war and normally it doesn't take very long, but this game took almost 45 minutes!! It was crazy! After the game was finished it was time to get on the plane. I sat next to Khyla and Kim while the adults sat across from us. It was lots of fun to sit in the plane and play games and laugh with my friends. When we got to the airport we had a three hour overlay, but it ended up being a two hour overlay cause since it was snowing in Salt Lake we left there almost an hour late! Anyway we got lunch and then after we had all eaten me, Khy, and Kim played Apples to Apples. Here is a picture of Khyla and Kim while we were playing!

The plane ride was fun cause this time we had an extra hour to do things! We played a bunch of games and I read my book for a little while and when we had about a half hour left of the trip me and Khy started looking out the window and I took a bunch of pictures of the clouds so here they are!
We were going through a cloud when I took this so that's why it looks all foggy.

When we got to the Rental car place and picked which car we wanted me and Mommy followed Lena as far as we could then we had to find our way to the hotel that we were staying at. When we got there we went and found Jackie and her mom Marianne who were rooming with us. They gave us a room key and we went up to our room and put our stuff in there so that we didn't have to haul it around anymore. We then went and said hi to Sadie and Taylor who were down the hall from us. There moms told us to go over to the mall and get something to eat over there so we did and it ended up that everything was closing at the mall so the only thing that we could eat was drinks from Sonic so we left and went and found this Pizza place that was still open and ordered a pizza and brought it over to the hotel. After we were done with our pizza we were really tired so we went to bed.
Sunday (a.k.a Competition day)
After I woke up and had a shower and got dressed me, Mommy, and Jackie went down to breakfast and ate. The food was really good and part way through Micaela and Paiger came down and Kendall and Kenzie came down a little while later. Taylor and Sadie came down when we were almost done, but I still got to say hi and stuff. And Polina was there too! It was good to see her again. It ended up that her mom (Katia) was just a couple of rooms down from us!
When we got back to the room mommy did my hair for the meet and then I still had a little while before we had to go down to my meet. I was looking out the window and saw this:
Seriously who would name a field 'Dr. Pepper field'?!?! That's just crazy!
I then realized that I had forgotten to bring a little bag to put all of my stuff in when I went down to the meet! And I didn't really want to just carry around all of my stuff so me and Mommy went down to the meet and tried to find a bag. We also looked at leos while we were there and ended up getting me two very cute leos! I got a bag that is just the right size and so I think I'm gonna use that for all of my competitions from now on cause the other bag is just waaaaaaaay to big.
Katia came in and said hi to us before the meet and she said that she really wanted to stay, but her flight was leaving soon so she had to go. But I was really happy that I got to see her!
The meet was really good. I got a 9.275 on Beam!! Can you believe that! 9.275! I was so excited! On Floor I got a 9.125! I think that the judges on Beam and Floor were scoring kind of high. I stuck my first Vault, but fell on my second one and got a 8.775. Ilia didn't seem too happy about my Vault, but I thought it was pretty good and it was a good score so whatever. My Bars on the other hand was not good my free hip was so low I don't think it even counted as a free hip! I got an 8.00. I was think that I would place on at least Beam maybe Floor too, but nope! It was really really hard to place cause the only one our team that placed was Hannah! See this is proof that you had to get really really really high scores cause Hope got a 9.6 on Floor and she didn't place! Ya I know. And one girl got a 10.00 on Bars and another got a 10.00 on Beam. Oh well. It was a good meet anyway!

After the meet Mommy, Ilia, Ruth, Sadie, and I went over to the mall cause we were going to go skating, but it ended up that there was hockey game going on so we were gonna go to the Cheesecake Factory, but then we decided to go to a place called Dave and Buster's where the whole down stairs area is an arcade with a restaurant in it! So we ate there and Ruth and Mommy gave me and Sadie some money and we went and bought a power card for each of us and one for Ilia so that we could go and play some games!! It was lots of fun!!! Me and Sadie used up 48 chips on our cards pretty fast then we got one card that had 100 on it and then we ended up getting another 100 chip one too! Ilia's card had 60 on it, but he didn't want the tickets all he wanted was to play the games! So in the ended me and Sad got 2,284 tickets!! We couldn't decided what we wanted so Ruth came and helped us and she said for us to get matching tank tops so we were going to then we decided to get five teddy bears for each of the girls in our class, but then Sadie said she would rather have a matching shirt with me! So we got the shirts!
After we left Dave and Buster's we were going back to the car and the adults took us out the completely wrong door and we had to walk (or in me and Sadie's case run) around 3/4 of the mall!!! Me and Sadie were thinking that since they were going so slow and the car was so far away we could walk back to the hotel before they got there!!! But the adults wouldn't let us. So we just kept running around the mall (outside) to get to it and every corner we would be like this should be it...nope not this one maybe the next...nope and it just kept going like that for a while. Then finally we got to the car!
When we got back to the car me and Sadie went up to our rooms and we got into our swim suits and went down to the pool. When we got down to the pool Kendall and Kenzy were there so we playing with them and did a lot of chicken fights! It was looooooooooots of fun! My mom got some pictures, but she hasn't uploaded them yet so when she does I'll put them up! When we got back to the room this is what my hair looked like when I took it out!
Monday
Mommy woke me up at 6:30. It was not fun. I finished packing and got dressed then we went down to breakfast. Again the breakfast was really good, but this time there wasn't anyone there! But that was probably because it was 7:00 in the morning. Anyway after we had breakfast we went up to our room and got our things and went on our way. I think that I fell asleep for a little while in the car, but I'm not sure. Once we got to the airport we dropped off the rental car and went to security. And surprisingly we were the first ones there, out of our friends at least. When Khyla and Kim got there Mommy gave me some money and I went with Lena and Khyla and got a snack and when we were almost back I saw someone that looked familiar over by where we were boarding and when I ran over it ended up that I was right it was KENDALL! How cool is that! So Kendall, Micaela, and Kenzy were all on the same flight as us!
When we landed in Denver I only had just enough time to run to the bathroom before we boarded the plane to Salt Lake.
I read my book for most of the plane trip home!! And guess what I almost finished it!!

And I didn't really want to just carry around all of my stuff so me and Mommy went down to the meet and tried to find a bag. We also looked at leos while we were there and ended up getting me two very cute leos! I got a bag that is just the right size and so I think I'm gonna use that for all of my competitions from now on cause the other bag is just waaaaaaaay to big.
Katia came in and said hi to us before the meet and she said that she really wanted to stay, but her flight was leaving soon so she had to go. But I was really happy that I got to see her!
The meet was really good. I got a 9.275 on Beam!! Can you believe that! 9.275! I was so excited! On Floor I got a 9.125! I think that the judges on Beam and Floor were scoring kind of high. I stuck my first Vault, but fell on my second one and got a 8.775. Ilia didn't seem too happy about my Vault, but I thought it was pretty good and it was a good score so whatever. My Bars on the other hand was not good my free hip was so low I don't think it even counted as a free hip! I got an 8.00. I was think that I would place on at least Beam maybe Floor too, but nope! It was really really hard to place cause the only one our team that placed was Hannah! See this is proof that you had to get really really really high scores cause Hope got a 9.6 on Floor and she didn't place! Ya I know. And one girl got a 10.00 on Bars and another got a 10.00 on Beam. Oh well. It was a good meet anyway!

After the meet Mommy, Ilia, Ruth, Sadie, and I went over to the mall cause we were going to go skating, but it ended up that there was hockey game going on so we were gonna go to the Cheesecake Factory, but then we decided to go to a place called Dave and Buster's where the whole down stairs area is an arcade with a restaurant in it! So we ate there and Ruth and Mommy gave me and Sadie some money and we went and bought a power card for each of us and one for Ilia so that we could go and play some games!! It was lots of fun!!! Me and Sadie used up 48 chips on our cards pretty fast then we got one card that had 100 on it and then we ended up getting another 100 chip one too! Ilia's card had 60 on it, but he didn't want the tickets all he wanted was to play the games! So in the ended me and Sad got 2,284 tickets!! We couldn't decided what we wanted so Ruth came and helped us and she said for us to get matching tank tops so we were going to then we decided to get five teddy bears for each of the girls in our class, but then Sadie said she would rather have a matching shirt with me! So we got the shirts!
After we left Dave and Buster's we were going back to the car and the adults took us out the completely wrong door and we had to walk (or in me and Sadie's case run) around 3/4 of the mall!!! Me and Sadie were thinking that since they were going so slow and the car was so far away we could walk back to the hotel before they got there!!! But the adults wouldn't let us. So we just kept running around the mall (outside) to get to it and every corner we would be like this should be it...nope not this one maybe the next...nope and it just kept going like that for a while. Then finally we got to the car!
When we got back to the car me and Sadie went up to our rooms and we got into our swim suits and went down to the pool. When we got down to the pool Kendall and Kenzy were there so we playing with them and did a lot of chicken fights! It was looooooooooots of fun! My mom got some pictures, but she hasn't uploaded them yet so when she does I'll put them up! When we got back to the room this is what my hair looked like when I took it out!
Monday
Mommy woke me up at 6:30. It was not fun. I finished packing and got dressed then we went down to breakfast. Again the breakfast was really good, but this time there wasn't anyone there! But that was probably because it was 7:00 in the morning. Anyway after we had breakfast we went up to our room and got our things and went on our way. I think that I fell asleep for a little while in the car, but I'm not sure. Once we got to the airport we dropped off the rental car and went to security. And surprisingly we were the first ones there, out of our friends at least. When Khyla and Kim got there Mommy gave me some money and I went with Lena and Khyla and got a snack and when we were almost back I saw someone that looked familiar over by where we were boarding and when I ran over it ended up that I was right it was KENDALL! How cool is that! So Kendall, Micaela, and Kenzy were all on the same flight as us!
When we landed in Denver I only had just enough time to run to the bathroom before we boarded the plane to Salt Lake.
I read my book for most of the plane trip home!! And guess what I almost finished it!!

Wheres this! Wheres that! Oh gosh I hate packing!
When I got home from dad's this morning I started trying to pack and of course I got slightly distracted! So long story my morning was spent doing packing a little then doing some homework and then trying to pack and maybe planning Valentines a little.
Then I had do go to gym and do conditioning and dance routines. I thought it was going to be boring, but Kim was there so I got to hang out with her and Beth was also there. Jenna (Beth's sister) was there choreographing Beth's Level 7 Floor routine! In the end Beth's routine looks adorable!! I love it!
When I got home I repeated the same thing as earlier, but this time I added dodging the boys playing "Lets pretend to kill each other with swimming noodles!" with there friends Elliot and Matthew. Plus I took a shower which got me away from the boys for a little while. But the later it got the more I had to pack cause when you have to wake up at 7:00 the next morning its best if you're at least mostly packed and now I'm almost all the way packed. The only things I don't have in my bags are things I need in the morning.
Well got to go to bed now! Bye! See ya in Texas!

Last day
Poor Mommy got sick earlier and she couldn't take me and the boys to all of our things so she called Bana and asked her if she could take me to Russian and gym. So I was late to Russian, but I still got there. Russian class wasn't too bad, but I've deciding that I'm going to work harder on Russian this week! And it might help that me, Khyla, and Kim are all on the same flight to and from WOGA so hopefully me and Khy can work on some Russian!
After we did conditioning we went to Floor first and I was kind of nervous for my front tuck front tuck cause for some reason I've been having a hard time with that, but it was OK today and I stuck it. After Floor we were supposed to go to Vault, but it wasn't our time yet and so we had 15 minutes to do something and so Ilia sent us to Beam. I didn't stick my first three routines, but then finally I stuck it and went to Vault. Vault was good I stuck it really fast and then I called Daddy and told him that I would be done early. I went for my first Bar routine and then Ilia had me and Sadie to half pirouettes. About 15 minutes later we were done and daddy took me to Bana's house.
When we got to Bana's Daddy gave Duncan his b-day present and then we had dinner and watched some TV. It was lots of fun just to sit and talk with everyone. When we got home Daddy gave me a little pink and white stuffed puppy that is holding a bone in its mouth that says 'Sweet' on it! I really like it! I named it 'Boo'. so now me and Boo are going to go to bed!

Happy Birthday!!
We had been planning on having Sadie come over tonight and sleepover, but Ruth wants her to go to morning workout since tomorrow is her last day before they leave for WOGA so we're going to do it next Wednesday! I guess I can wait till then. Oh ya and before I forget today is Duncan's birthday so HAPPY 11th BIRTHDAY DUNCAN!!!!
Beam was first and since it was competition day we had to do one routine stuck. In warm up I stuck my series perfectly like seriously perfectly no wobbles nothing! Then in my routine I fell, but I stuck the next one so that was good. We then went to Bars and I made my first routine and then I had to work on free hips. Next was Floor and in my routine I went for my full and a half then my front tuck front tuck and Ilia told me to stop and to come over by him. He told me that my full and a half was low and so I had to do full first pass and layout last. Then he told me that my front tuck front tuck was crappy and that it looked like I was crawling on the floor! How rude! So I went for my routine like that and then he told me that I can't rebound after my layout cause its a deduction. Well, Ilia I know that, but when you're used to doing things way harder it's kind of hard! After Kendall and Taylor were done with Vault me and Sadie went and we had to stick two IN A ROW!!! It was hard, but I made it.
After gym Mommy took me over to Lorill's house and I had hot chocolate with everyone cause I was to late to go sledding with them. Oh well the hot chocolate was good and very very very hot! Ouch! Hehe.

On the way home
We went to the buffet this morning it was really good. After we had our breakfast and got everything packed and ready to go we were on our way home. It felt a lot longer than the drive down, but we got to watch Another Cinderella Story, Hairspray, and Stardust. I love those movies. Especially Stardust. I also got to read a little of my book Fablehaven. When we got home I came in and fell asleep on the couch and I'm really tired now so I'm going to bed. Good Night!
Competition day
We woke up and were thinking about going with Traci and Ruth to the Paris Cafe for breakfast, but those plans didn't work out so well. Kendall and Micaela went to Einstein Bagels and me and mommy just went to the hotel buffet. It was really good.
After we ate we did my hair up for the competition and waited for it to be time for the meet.
We did floor first, again. I almost fell on my second pass, but I'm not sure if the judges counted it as a fall on or not. Oh well I got an 8.5 though. Vault was really good I stuck both of them easy and I got a 9.00! Bars was a little bit harder and I stopped after my half pirouette. I got a 8.35 the exact same as last week. And then it was time for beam. We had to wait for a while before we could warm up cause there was a line. I was ready for my routine and I wasn't worried at all cause I only had to get a little over an 8.1 and I'd have my score. I stuck my routine and then it was my dismount. I went crooked and landed with my foot halfway on the mat and half off. I sprained my ankle and rolled on to the concrete and now I have a bruise on my hand. It hurt so bad! It still hurts really bad. This lady came over and looked at it and told me it was sprained and to ice it and not do very much on it for a while. Mommy carried me over to the awards and Kendall sat on the chair next to me and put my foot on her lap and iced it. The good news is that I got my score! I also got 4th place on vault, but since I couldn't go up and get the award Abby (sweet sweet Abby) went up and got it for me! Our team got 5th place and I hobbled up to the stands for that since it was team. My friends let me take it home so that was nice.
After I sat in Sadie's room with my friends for a couple of hours we got to go bowling well I guess they got to go bowling. I got to sit there and watch them and have them ignore me. It wasn't fun. I think each of them said maybe a few words to me and that's it. And then they all just left when they were done I was sitting there with my eyes closed listening to my MP3 player and they all just walked off up to Sadie's room not a Drew do you want to come with us? No. They just left me there to cry my eyes out. It still makes me almost cry just talking about it. I mean come on I thought that we were friends!?! I'm really sad so I'm just going to upload some pictures now and go to sleep.
PS: Lets just pretend that its still the 18th cause we didn't go bowling till 1:00 so it still feels like it is.

The trip to Vegas
After running around frantically trying to make sure that I was ready to go we finally were on our way to Vegas. The drive actually didn't feel all that long. When we got they we saw Sadie walking in and when we got inside Traci (Taylor's mom), Taylor, and Ilia were all standing there talking with Sadie's family. Once we had signed in we went up to our room and got ready to go to the level nine meet.
When I went and signed in at the meet they gave me and bag and a wrist bang that would get me into all of the meets this weekend for free. When I got in there I found Sadie and we went out to sit with the girls competing. Taylor did awesome on vault and got a 9.2! The judges didn't give her the right score on bars and beam though so now Ilia is really mad and doesn't want to come here next year. Some of the girls from Olympus had scratched on floor since it is brand new and so its kind of hard. Ilia decided that if it was too hard for Taylor to tumble on then he wanted her to scratch as well, but this is Taylor we're talking about so of course she didn't scratch and it was an awesome routine.
Now lets rewind a little to when they were warming up for beam. Me and Sadie and gone over and gotten in line to get some food. We were just sitting there talking and I turned around a little and saw the girl that was standing behind us. It was the girl that played Duncan's sister in the Nutcracker this year. So I looked at her and was like 'Madison?' and she said ya with this look on her face like how do you know my name then I think she remembered who I was and said 'Oh hi!' I was very shocked to see so I asked her what she was doing here and she said that her sister was competing Level 4 so she was here to watch her.
Could this day get any weirder? Yes. Yes it could.
When we were at dinner guess who saw!?! Some of the judges! It was really weird. The dinner was good and I had fun talking with my friends. After dinner we headed up to my room to try and get Kendall to come up to Sadie's room with us. It worked but yet it didn't cause when we got to our room we got Kendall to come but mommy wouldn't let me and Micaela go cause we competed yet.

Got to pack pack pack!
After conditioning Ilia sent me and Taylor to beam. I had to do two routines, stuck. I stuck my first and then fell on my series on my second, but then I stuck the next one. We then went to bars and after I warmed up I did a routine and I stuck it! I went and asked Ilia how many routines I had to do and he told me to do one more. While I was chalking up Ilia changed his mind and told me to go and do full and a halfs on floor. I fell on my first three then I got it down and was sticking them. I had to warm up my second pass after that and then I did one stuck routine and it was time for vault! I did vault for a while and then I was really getting sick of it so I asked Ilia how many more I had to stick and he said that I had to do one more. Me and Sadie then did a lot of stretching. We had got done early so we ran over to the office and called our moms and told them to come pick us up. Mommy got there fifteen minutes later and I made sure I had everything I needed for competition and we were home free!
After I made dinner and we ate very fast we had to go to the symphony. We went and saw Vivaldi's The Four Seasons. It was really good. I remembered some parts of it from when we studied Vivaldi, but not all of it. I now have to finish packing as much as I can so we can leave tomorrow morning for Las Vegas. So lets get packing!!! ~pack~pack~pack~yeah gotta pack~pack~pack~ Sing it with me!!
