Clogging Boy!!!!!

So today was Duncan's first Clogging Competition and he did awesome!!!!
When we got there we sat down and waited a while then he went up and did freestyle. He was the only one in his age group for that so we knew he was going to get first and when he went over to the desk to get his pin he wasn't surprised that it was a first place pin, but later on when we found one of our friends that has been doing this for a while explained to us that the judges give them a score and if they are above a certain score they get 1st and same thing with the 2nd and 3rd so really he could have gotten 2nd place if he hadn't done so AMAZING!!! For the team dance they did really good! Duncan was a little off the music, but I guess that most kids in novice don't really do steps they just kind of do jumps and stuff, but Duncan's class is ahead cause they're doing steps some of them even look better then the kids in beginning!! Anyway his team got 1st place!!! So they are qualified for Nationals! So cool!!!

When we got back from the competition our cousins from Logan were just getting here so we said Hi to them, but then they were off to go to the Draper Temple. I didn't really do anything after that except for sit down and read and read and read some more. But when the cousins got out of the Temple they called us and we met them at 'Wendy's' cause Grandpa thought that it would be good for us to get out of the house since the furnace isn't working so its absolutely FREEZING!!! Brrrr. When we got home I sat down and read my book. And now I'm going to bed!!!
